My original intention was to order only a back support from you company. I had some questions about this back support so I contacted your company. The helpful person whom answered the phone answered all of my questions and even suggested I might find further help in the use of a VitalWrap System. I did not see it until logging onto my computer later, but I ordered it sight-unseen because I imagined it to be a better version of the ordinary wet cloths one applies to pain. It turned out the you mans recommendation was right on queue and I could not be happier. Thank you so much!!!
